Jbuilttech is a software platform designed to help contractors manage documents, communications, and workflows more efficiently using automation and AI-assisted tools.

By using Jbuilttech, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Jbuilttech is intended for contractors, including business owners, sales representatives, and administrative staff. By using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to use business data and comply with applicable laws.

Jbuilttech processes documents such as insurance policies, estimates, emails, and photos to extract relevant data and organize it into contractor workflows and CRM systems.

The platform may generate suggested communications (such as emails to homeowners, adjusters, or suppliers). All generated content must be reviewed and approved by the user before being sent.

Jbuilttech offers subscription-based plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro).

A 7-day trial may be offered. If not canceled within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.

Certain plans, including custom AI development (Pro Plan), may require a minimum commitment period. During this period, early cancellation may not be permitted.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at the discretion of JBuiltTech.

Jbuilttech uses AI to assist with document analysis, data extraction, and communication generation.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use.

Jbuilttech does not guarantee outcomes related to insurance claims, approvals, project success, or business results.

By using Jbuilttech, you consent to the collection and use of the following data:

• Emails and attachments
• Documents (e.g., insurance scopes, estimates)
• Photos
• CRM-related data
• Account information

This data is used to:

• Process and organize documents
• Generate suggested communications
• Integrate with CRM systems
• Improve platform performance
