Terms of Service

By accessing or using JBuilttech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

JBuilttech provides cloud-based contractor workflow management, insurance claim organization, AI-assisted document extraction, communication automation, subcontractor coordination, pricing comparison, supplement preparation, and related software services.

You represent that you are authorized to use business and claim-related information uploaded into the platform and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. JBuilttech may suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized or unlawful use.

JBuilttech uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist with document extraction, workflow recommendations, communication drafting, pricing analysis, and automation operations. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use.

Certain subscription plans may include monthly AI usage credits. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Separately purchased AI credits are cumulative and remain available until consumed. AI credit consumption may vary depending on document size, AI processing type, OCR operations, image analysis, supplement preparation, communication generation, or advanced AI workflows.

JBuilttech offers subscription-based plans. Certain plans may include minimum commitment periods or custom AI development services. Unless canceled prior to renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be provided solely at JBuilttech’s discretion.

The platform may integrate with third-party systems including email providers, CRM systems, cloud infrastructure providers, measurement systems, pricing systems, or restoration-industry platforms. JBuilttech is not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, or service interruptions.

Users are responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of uploaded documents, communications, estimates, photographs, and claim-related information. Users must review all AI-generated communications prior to sending.

All software, workflows, designs, automation systems, artificial intelligence orchestration systems, interfaces, and related intellectual property associated with JBuilttech remain the exclusive property of JBuilttech.

JBuilttech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, claim denials, or missed business opportunities arising from use of the platform.

JBuilttech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.

JBuilttech may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
